Okay, so after talking with Derek of Team Scivation, he has suggessted that I transition to trying to add some lean mass. As hard as it is for me to not accomplish what I set out to do, whatever Derek says goes…So the next 12 weeks will be the 1800 CHA diet combined with a power-hypertrophy workout. I am excited!! In the end, I have to celebrate the progress I made while on the Game Over Volume 4 cut diet (11.7% bf to 8.4% bf). It is crucial that I do this bulk as clean as possible. I need to build myself up some more so that the next time I do the cut diet I can bring my bodyfat down to 6%. This is a process and takes time, and I am definitely not looking to skip any steps and rush things. I have nothing but time!!

Just got my measurements taken today. I am down to 8.4% bodyfat. Two weeks ago I was at 8.9% so slowly but surely I am on my way. Overall I have been cutting for 12 weeks so far. Feels like it has been months!! I am following Game Over Volume 4 Showtime diet and it is a 16 week cut, so only 4 left. However, if I still havent reached my goal of 7% by then, I will push on until I reach it. I hate to not follow thru on things so I am focused. For these last 4 weeks, I will be adding in 2 HIIT sessions on Monday AM and Thursday PM. Oh yeah, more cardio!! Haha..but it will be all worth it when I can look into the mirror and see shreds
Nothing to it but to do it! Its time for HIIT so time to mix up my blue raz xtend and lace up my kicks. 40 minutes of hell here I come!

Still havent reached my goal so I am pushing on. I decided to add sesamin and CLA to my supplementation to help burn some fat. Additionally, I am adding 5 minutes to each post-workout cardio session. Its time to pull all my tricks out and really go to shock my body. I am tired of the diet but know a few more weeks of dedication will lead to success. Not to mention lots of carbs!! I can’t wait to start focusing on adding lean mass.

Back/Biceps was a killer! And if that wasn’t enough, I did some LI cardio afterwards while sipping on my xtend. Today was Chest/Triceps and although I was pretty tired, I still hit the weights hard and looked to dominate them. I expreimented with some pre-exhaust supersets and drop sets today. One of the things I am constantly striving for is to keep a variety and have my body continually guessing. I was a little pressed for time so tonite will be cardio. Im looking forward to tomorrow because I am getting my body fat and measurements done. Cant wait!! Like they say, progress is the greatest motivator.

Whatup people!! So today begins my quest for adding lean mass! I am awaiting my workout program from Derek over at Team Scivation. So until I recieve it, I am going to continue using the Scivation Cut Diet combined with a 5-day split. Shoulders/Traps, Back/Biceps, Chest/Triceps, Quads/Hams/Calves, Biceps/Triceps/Forearms (heavy). This diet is pretty insane, it combines lean proteins, healthy fats and lots of veggies. Then every 18th meal or 3rd day, you do a carb refeed. Totally insane but you see improved definition and little changes almost daily. Anyways, today is Back/Biceps so wish me luck.
