Keto Journal - Day Two

Woke up, stomach ache gone so that was good. Not overly hungry which is weird because I’m normally STARVING when I wake up. I’m adding coconut oil capsules, omega 3-6-9 capsules and 100% egg protein to the diet.

Intake:

Meal One: 2 oz slim n’ trim reduced sodium fresh deli turkey, 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage links, 1/4 C 2% mexi cheese sprinkles, 4 coconut oil capsules.

Meal Two: Whey Protein Shake with 2 tbsp natural PB

Meal Three: Egg protein shake with 2 tbsp natural PB

Meal Four: 3 oz turkey, 1/4 C 2% mexi cheese sprinkles, 1 cup broccoli, 6 coconut oil capsules, 3 omega 3-6-9 capsules.

Meal Five: 2 oz steak, 15g almonds, 5 omega caps, 1 cup broccoli

Meal Six: 1 tbsp cinnamon flax oil mixed in 1/2 C fat free cottage cheese.

Workout: Shoulder day. Went really well, wasnt tired at all. BUT I was extremely pumped about this crazy 86 degree weather we had today. Back down to 60 degrees for the rest of the week I guess.

There was an ice cream sundae/float social type thing going on at the community building of my apt. complex. BOO. Hot weather+ice cream=satisfaction. Then again, Ice cream+Ashli=fat ass, and I dont see satisfaction anywhere in that equation. SO, I made the scheduled protein shake that happens to taste just like a milkshake and wanted no longer. Can’t beat that!

I’m gonna play around with my macros a bit more to be @ more of a deficit. The amount I ate yesterday was more towards maintaining so I’m going to aim for 30g carb, 110g fat, and 135g protein. That would put me just under 1700 cals.

side note: stay away from pig products, swine flu going around. SICK.

Onward and upward.. my carb up is going to start friday night and end saturday night. I’m going to aim to get in about 2400 cals worth of carbs(600g) in that time and keep the fat intake low. Mmmm bagels. hahaha

Yup so its about 3:30pm, I have my last three meals of the day left. I’m training a group at 4:30 until 5:30 with Mike (Mcotnoir on bodyspace), probably playing some tennis with him after because its so beautiful out, and definitely watching The Biggest Loserrrr!! love it.
