Slept real good last night, about 10 hours, I needed them, And it showed in my workout!

Breakfast: Turkey Sandwich on Wheat with Mustard. 100mg of Reduce XT, 25 inhibit e, support supps.

Great workout! Strength is there! Havent felt this good in a while. I hope these workouts continue. No pain in any area. Felt rested and strong.

Sept 24, I just basically did nothing, and watched Football all day. I have been watching my diet and taking in my 200 mg’s of Reduce XT, 25 Mg of inhibit E, and 40 mg og liquid Nolva with Support Supps, and have been loading my Creatine.
Sept 25 First workout Day on PCT Legs:
Woke up and was only 6 pounds over, lost 2 pounds already.
I forgot how i missed taking Shock Therapy, i believe its the perfect spiker before workout.
Breakfast I had some leftover Garlic chicken and Steak. Took 100 mg’s of reduce XT, 25 mg’s of Inhibit E and support supps.
Waited about 20 minutes and took my shock therapy, went off to GYM

225X10X3 Felt good, but very tired, dripping sweat, and back bothered a little.
Leg Press:

10 Plates X12X3 Totally spent here, I think the endurance from SD is not as good. I would have been just warming up a week ago on SD.

Overall the workout was good, took about 1 hour and 15 minutes, Very tired though, i didnt even do squat machine, or leg extensions, which i have been doing the last 3 weeks on SD.
But overall not bad Strength is there, just not for as long, Body feels good and hard! I enjoy looking in the mirror in the morning, MY lats are more noticible, my chest is very hard and i can start to see definition in my Quads. Chest tommorrow, this is where im worried the most, I hope to keep my strength in Incline.

Well woke up today and was still eight pounds over 193 lbs. I went downstairs and had me some breakfast and then took my
Support supps, 25 mg’s of Inhibit E, and 100mgs’s of Reduce XT.
I just took my first dosage of Liquid Nolva 40 mg’s pretty nasty stuff. I feel pretty normal today.

Well i slept 10 hours last night, looks like i needed it, im up 8 pounds today, and thats even after going to bathroom.

i got a good workout but could barely lift my left shoulder i had such a bad pump, it took about an hour for it to go down. PCT tommorrow, starting liquid nolva, reduce XT, inhibit E, and fenugreek, and ZMA

Woke up this morning kinda early, just couldnt sleep any more, slept very well considering the horrible sleep last night.
Felt pretty crappy though, lethargy was coming on strong today.
Was still at 6 pounds over so i figure im just not going up in weight anymore.
Breakfast i had me a banana, scoop of whey, milk and oatmeal.

sucked it up and tried 275 and banged out 3. Just wasnt feeling it today at all!

191 lbs today, Back is bothering a little today, I slept pretty bad too, I felt like i was overheating.
Im not gonna do any excercise today, just dont feel like it, and i have to paint a lot today, ive been slacking.
Breakfast: Milk, whey, oats, banana, support supps, and a breakfast bar. Hungry!
Hopefully after painting ill feel better, im gonna take a caffeine pill today.

After my post workout shake, went home and had me some TUNA on wheat, a banana, and some peanut butter. Back pumps are starting to bug me.
2 hours later: Shake with milk and water, oats, taurine, banana, and 10 mg’s of sd.
Dinner, wheat penne pasta, chicken on marinera with garlic bread.
before bed i had some cereal, milk, whey, and an apple, support supps.

Woke up this morning and i lost a pound. 190. I figured i would have, i did a lot of housework yesterday, and painted a lot too.
Breakfast: 2 scoops of whey, with milk, and breakfast bar, with oats. Support supps and 10 mg’s of SD.
Workout: Chest and tris Day
Did a few warmup pushups and got mentally ready:

185X5 (Personal Best!) Felt really good about this one, I had a little help on last rep but man im telling you, feels good to do when you have tried before and could only bang out 2.
Flat bench:
185X5X5 really tired here, i guess i used a lot of energy on that last set on incline, but i did all the reps with no spot
Decline bench:
185X5X5 Did well again, with no help
Pec deck

triceps were about to explode today, best pump ive had on sd to be honest.
No sides at all except for back pumps yesterday.

Well for lunch i made myself A tuna sandwich.

Dinner i had 2 chicken breasts, 1 big ass baked potato, and salad with avocado. I felt like a fat ass because i ate everything!!! WEW!
Before bed i had a shake with oats and milk and a banana, support supps.

Today i felt a serios back pump, wasnt the best feeling in the world but i fought it.
I hope i dont get that again though im going to up my taurine to 9 grams a day. Ill take 3 more grams after lunch just to see if it can slow down. I always eat bananas so we shall see. Got a lot of things to do today so i hope i can keep the energy up. If not Caffeine!
