Well I moved from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, to West Palm ,Beach Florida. Its been a hectic 2 weeks for sure. I did get workouts in from October 5th to the 7th. Then i went to Florida on the 8th. I kept my last week of nolva supps through october 9th till the 13th.
I also started 75 milligrams of inhibit E, 50mg at night and 25 in morning. Finished off my reduce xt also.
Since i wasnt in gym from 9th till 13th i would just do a good hour of pushups, situps, pullups, and other things for different body parts everyday.
I have been able to stay 5 pounds over my starting weight to this day and have cut fat considerably. I just look a lot better, pics will come as soon as i get down to 15% i am about 17.5 right now.
Well i found a gym here in west palm called planet fitness, 20 bucks a month, no contract, and unlimited tanning booth with everything i need. Theres no fitness classes so the amount of woman are limited, but there are still a few, so im happy. I have everything i need plus more.

still 5 pounds over at 190! cut 2 percent of fat, which i attribute to my cardio and diet.
