Day 2 of my two a week workouts…

November 1, 2006

Today was Leg and shoulder day.

Started off with Squats, then leg extensions, then lunges.

Squats:

245X12X4

Leg extensions:

Lunges:

Calf raises:

Shoulder press

Reverse pec deck

Shoulder Press Machine

Bananna and BCAA’s

ran two miles in 20 minutes

10 minutes on spinning Bike

Overall good workout, still kinda sore from monday. Felt really good in cardio today. I think im losing weight, Have to get to a scale soon to see.

Working Full time now, Only two gym days a week…

October 30, 2006

Well, I have moved from Puerto Rico to West Plam Beach Florida, Finally started working. Full time work with no car is getting to be a pain, I take the Bus. I have to wait for my first paycheck to be able to get a car. So I loose 2 hours a day on the bus.

 Got my first workout in today ever since i started working, I needed it like a crackhead LOL! So while i get my car and have my 2 days a week in the gym ill be doing

Incline, Flat and Dips for chest.

Deads, Chins, and rows for back one day

Squats, Lunges, and extensions for legs

Shoulder press and lateral raises the other day.

 

Today I did Chest and Back, Lost a little strength, been out for 7 days so i expected it.

Flat bench I did 185 X6X3

Incline

135X12X3

dips

BWX12X3

Deads

225X8X3

Chins

BWX8X3

Rows

180X12X3

Took BCAA’s

15 minutes on stair master

situps

PWO Shake.

Feeling great to be back, Cant wait to get a car to be able to go to gym 4 to 5 days a week instead of 2.

october 20th cardio day

October 20, 2006

Just went into the gym today and did some stretching, did a few leg exercises lightweight 15 reps ham exercises, quad exercises, and calf exercises all machines.

then got on a treadmill and ran 2 miles

did a few ab exercises and called it a day. I felt really good just to take an easy day in the gym. Good stress reliever, and gave me a chance to just think about my situation here on the mainland.

Sorry guys, i havent been able to blog… I Moved!

Well I moved from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, to West Palm ,Beach Florida. Its been a hectic 2 weeks for sure. I did get workouts in from October 5th to the 7th. Then i went to Florida on the 8th. I kept my last week of nolva supps through october 9th till the 13th.

I also started 75 milligrams of inhibit E, 50mg at night and 25 in morning. Finished off my reduce xt also.

Since i wasnt in gym from 9th till 13th i would just do a good hour of pushups, situps, pullups, and other things for different body parts everyday.

I have been able to stay 5 pounds over my starting weight to this day and have cut fat considerably. I just look a lot better, pics will come as soon as i get down to 15% i am about 17.5 right now.

Well i found a gym here in west palm called planet fitness, 20 bucks a month, no contract, and unlimited tanning booth with everything i need. Theres no fitness classes so the amount of woman are limited, but there are still a few, so im happy. I have everything i need plus more.

October 4th, usual rest day but decided to hit up the gym

I woke up this morning and felt pretty good not that sore at all.

Still up 5 pounds, took my usual supps and went to gym for back and biceps.

 

Workout:

315X3 Banged out three! So stoked! Felt dizzy though when i put it down

After my PWO shake i went home and showed and started to feel pain in my testes, kinda weird. My balls were sensitive until around 5 o clock today, Just felt super sensitive to touch and were kinda hurtin. Could this be a nolva or inhibit e or reduce xt side? Kinda worried, it went away but wasnt very nice.

October 2nd workout second week on PCT…

Leg Day Today, felt very strong!

Overall great workout, im still feeling very strong, I am so happy about this cycle. I thought i would loose my strength but i havent. Ill see tommorows chest day.

Overall good workout! Its sunday and my abs still hurt. My pants are feeling a lot looser now, but have way better definition and have only lost 1 pound. 5 Pound raise so far 190lbs. Though i feel bigger. I figure my weight will start to come down now because of my cardio. I feel much stronger now.

Sept.28th workout, finishing up week one on pct…

Good overall workout. I am starting to incorporate more cardio now that im getting out of the whole SD lethargy. Still taking 40 mg’s of Nolva and all support supps. 25 mg’s of Inhibit e, and 200 mg’s of reduce Xt.

Thurday back and biceps:

Lat Pulldowns

Deadlifts

225X8X4 Deads were tiring! My forearms had an amazing Pump!

Seated cable rows:

230X8X3 Super tired right here.

Did some pullups just for some lat burn Got to 9 reps.

Preacher Curls

Couldnt do anymore my forearms were just blasted.
