Finished work this morning at 8:00am as i am a baker, went home, got changed and headed to the gym. today is chest day. 3 sets of 8 reps with 80 kilos on today for bench press, then did decline with less weight. did dumbbell flyes and presses and i was pretty much done. came home smashed optimum shake with 2 scoops of powder, now lookin towards lunch which will be spaghetti and full 420 gram can of tuna!
