OK so before I get into how I am currently doing, I figure I'm gonna tell a little about myself, even though no one is probably reading this. Ever since I can remember, I was always big. I was drastically overweight, but enough so that I never took my shirt off in front of other people and to this day I still don't. So last year I decided to do something about it. Over my spring semester at school and the summer, I lost a total of 40 lbs (I was at 195). Now I don't recommend this to anyone; I went on an extreme cut (keep in mind this is before I knew what I was doing). I ate 800-900 calories a day so basically two meals and lost over 20% of my body weight. So ya not gonna do that again....OK so now what I am currently at. I am currently bulking and am at healthy 171 right now. However I am worried that I am gaining too much fat and can feel it around my body. I am supposed to have hernia surgery (from birth not from lifting, it was just under all my fat) over spring break and was probably going to either do an extremely clean bulk or a cut w/ maximum muscle retention. So that's all about me. I know probably no ones reading, but I like getting this off my chest.
