I started this contest and quest for transformation on February 10. It is now March 1. Here are some observations and rooms for improvement that I have noticed and that I can change!
1. Lifting is going great! I am putting on muscle shape and definition, and I am getting stronger!
2. Need more cardio! I will do more cardio in the mornings and I will play with my dog more.
3. Need more water intake! I will drink more ice cold water throughout the day.
4. Need more protein intake! I am getting alot, but still not 1g/lb bodyweight. I will get more protein in.
5. Need more sleep! Difficult with my work, being on call every 4th night. But I will try to sleep more.
6. Need more Abs work! I will devote more time and sets to my abs. Thats my number one weakness - my gut.
I will try my hardest to change these areas of improvements. I am very motivated, and I want to win this MuscleTech Body Transformation Contest badly! I will be travelling to the Arnold Expo and I can’t wait! It will motivate me even more, and hopefully I’ll be able to get lots of free supplements that will help me along the way. Please give e some sugegstions if you guys have any! I will be posting new pics soon.
