Frequent fryer program
I thought I would try this program for a few weeks to give myself a good shock and try to spark some new growth, but It turns out to be way too much. At least for me anyway. I made it 2 weeks. The first week I felt great. All tight and sore, but now I am overtrained. I feel like I got hit by a truck. I think Ill take the weekend to recover. Check it out..this is basically it:
Monday Wednesday Friday- 8 sets chest 8 sets back 8 sets shoulders 3 sets abs
Tuesday Thurs Saturday- 3 sets bicps 3 sets tris 4 sets quads 4 sets hams 3 sets calves

Just remember you grow when your resting, people dont rest up enough imo….
Dont be afraid to have a day off and recharge, eating well
