Just wondering

I was just wondering if anyone as heard of any good workout challenges or programs coming up for the next 3 months or so.  it helps me stay motivated so much to have something like that to work toward.  If not….maybe we could gather a few of us to get one started.  I just ended a 3 month challenge cycle and I can see in my after shots the progress it gets me…so if you know of any.  Please throw some ideas at me

What a great motivator

From day to day its hard to gauge my progress because it happens so slowly.  I see myself everyday and wonder whats going on that i cant grow.  Even the scales wont tip in the right direction.    Last night I took my quarterly progress pics and literally cant believe the difference since last quarter.  It really makes me feel good to know that my effort is paying off.  i did switch things up quite a lot these past 3 months, and i think that was the big payoff
