Relief!

This week we are getting our first taste of spring in my area.  If you have read any of my previous blogs you know that I dont deal with this winter stuff very well.  Im an outdoors type person no doubt about it.  Im ready to show the world my progress this winter.  Im tired of every muscle being covered in a shirt and two sweaters.  I wanna cut my lawn and soak in some D.  Spring is my main motivator to excircise through the winter.  no one can see your gains till you uncover them in the spring.  Then it’s like SMACK.  What have you been doing?

Mind to Muscle?

This is something that Ive been wanting to learn more about.  It’s really interesting to hear some of the pros talk about how they use this technique while working out.  Some say how they focus specifically on the muscle working, and some say that they try to imagine the biggest bicep they have ever seen while working that muscle for instance.  It takes a little practice to master the mind set my experience has shown.  If anyone has anymore experiences or advice on this subject i would love to learn more..
