Im focusing this blog mainly toward the men who frequent our bodyblog community. ive been here just about everyday for the past six months seeking knowledge or searching motivation, and i just want to say that in my opinion, (tell me if Im wrong) that a woman that worksout and takes care of herself is the most attractive woman in the world. To me it seems that way anyway. Maybe it’s because they partly share in our passion. It seems to me that this sight has the most beautiful women in the world. Working out and eating right builds confidence as well which is very becoming too. This sight reveals women of all backgrounds, sizes, and colors, and everyone of them are gorgeous if for no other reason than they’re trying to better themselves. I say all this with the risk of sounding like some kind of perv, but I think they need to realize this. The rest of the women of the world would never post a picture of herself for the world to see unless she were dolled up in makeup and hair just right. Thats what it so easy to appreciate here, These girls are proud of what they have and are not afraid to show it. Rightfully so. Well, I just wanted to see if anyone agrees, or if I have to get therapy for some infatuation.

Is it just me; or is tough for everyone to get sore shoulders the day after working them? I can slam them, and make them burn to the point that I can’t even lift my protien shake, but the next day……….nothin. All of my other major muscle groups seem to respond with some tightness or soreness the next day, but not the shoulders. Ive switched up workouts, tried lifting them more and less frequently. For some reason they never feel exhausted the next day. I like to feel some tightness somewhere throughout the day or else I dont feel like Ive accomplished anything. So, I was just wondering if anyone else has this fenominon.

Is there anything more annoying than starting a workout then getting interrupted after you got a good pump going? This seems to be the norm for me lately. If you read my previous blog, I said how much a pain in the ass my wife is to get around to do a workout. Whats even worse is breaking in the middle. I like to keep a constant pump or burn in the muscle that Im working or otherwise it seems like a waste of time. I mentioned how I built my own gym in the basement to cut down on travel time to the gym, but this has its drawback too, cause now Im getting requests to fold the clothes in the dryer when it shuts off. What the hell! Im in the middle of smashing my chest here! I cant be worrting about laundry. My 5 yr old daughter is a good one too. Usually she knows better than to ask me for anything when Im taking care of business, but theres always that question you cant ignore. "I have to go to the bathroom?" Oh man, times are hard!

Lately, a big motivator for me is to watch you tube workouts before I go lift. It seems to give me a better fram of mind to do business. If its chest day Ill watch a chest workout. Its a good source of workout ideas too. I find myself constantly switching up excercises that I see on the site. Motivation and music is a big factor to whether Im gonna have a crappy or positive workout. But then again I can never predict before hand whether its gonna be good or bad until I get started. If anyone has a good motivator, let me know

Anyone who has a spouse that is into health and fitness……….consider yourself fortunate. My support system SUCKS! Trying to get a good lift in my house is like trying to get a pocket knife onto a 747. Dont get me wrong, I love my wife dearly, but she fights me every single night to go lift. I think its partly because of jealousy. She cant muster up the energy to do anything for herself so she tries to deter me. Shes tried every tactic known to man. For example, she says that she doesnt like big musclebound men……….so when I come up from the basement she gives me that discusted look. Other day she might get on me about how I never spend time with her. "All I do is lift." That tactic is shame. She might promise me some lovins just to keep me from working out (that one doesnt happen too often though). I have to lift in my basement because I cant sneak away to the gym everyday. If I do get out of work early and sneak off to the gym its like Im having an affair or something. I dont dare get caught or Im not using my time efficiently enough. She read somewhere one time that creatine is hard on your kidneys so she threw it out in the trash. That stuffs expensive. Then when she found my secret stash she didnt talk to me for a week. Now I have a really good hiding place. So, what Im saying is that I dont bust my ass everyday for anyone but me. If I can overcome …………..then anyone can!
