skinny and fat?

Well, I thought I was gonna make through halloween with a pretty clean day, but here I sit feeling skinny and fat at the same time.  How does that happen anyway?  I pushed my workout until tomorrow, which I never do.  I missed a good growing meal, and to boot, I dipped in the candy.  This is why I never fall off the wagon, and always stay focused.  Cause I know Ill feel like crap for it.  Skinny, fat, white, and dirty……what a difference 1 day makes!

Did you hear about the two kids who went trick or treating in their neighborhood?  When a guy opened the door for them he said;"  Oh look at all the candy you have!  Im gonna take half of it and give it to the kids that are too lazy to go trick or treating for themselves."  When the kids got home, mother asked how it went.  They said that they had met a democrat.

Today is the second day of my 4 day total body workout shock.  Im feeling real tight in my upper body and Im noticing a little fatigue at lift time.  I think this was a good idea.  After my 4th day Ill take 2 or 3 off to recover.

bastard coworkers

I hat it when Im kickin ass in the gym, eatin’ clean, doin all the vitaimins and supplements, then something happens that makes me feel like crap about myself.  Ive had a flawless diet for two weeks, then today the coworkers decided to go for a cheap lunch at taco bell.  What the hell good can you get for you at taco bell?  Now Im feeling like a bag of smashed *******s about everything.  Maybe Ill go get a haircut to bump the self esteem.  Gym night is gonna be grueling tonight.

Time for a shock

Its been about 6 weeks of training 2 body parts a day for 5 or 6 days a week.  Im thinking Im gonna do nothing but cardio today and give everything a rest, then go full body for 4 or 5 days giving 3 heavy sets per bodypart each day.  Sound Wise?

I started my HIIT program last night.  Only thing is, my freadmill doesnt crank up fast enough to get a real hard sprint.  Any other suggestions to go balls to the wall?
