I did a double session yesterday: weight and cardio. Im feeling it all over my body. I need some motivation, so i can do a cardio session this evening. Can anyone help me?
Im sorry everybody. I have gotten addicted to playing basketball again. This is my third day in a row playing. I managed to find my jump shot. Anyway, im going to hit the weights in the morning before work. I know im going to be sore. Wish me luck!!1
I played basketball last night. I had a great time. I love working out, but there is nothing like competition with someone else. I’m excited because i know i burned a lot of fat!!!!
