					<description>Whats going on bruh ....you try the sauna or steam room it usually helps relax me and loosen up after I work out....Better yet for motivation you got an ipod or something when I have to do the cardio thing I put on some motivational music and i go.......try that one!!!! GOod Luck</description>

					<description>I want you to reach your goals no matter what they are but keep in mind that rest is equally important to work outs.  You have to do it at a pace that your body can deal with don't you think? :)  Or forget that and get your BUTT up and do that CARDIO!  Whooooohooooo!!  (pom poms in the air)  Take your pick! LOL! :D</description>
