So tired

I did a double session yesterday: weight and cardio. Im feeling it all over my body. I need some motivation, so  i can do a cardio session this evening. Can anyone help me?

    I want you to reach your goals no matter what they are but keep in mind that rest is equally important to work outs. You have to do it at a pace that your body can deal with don’t you think? :) Or forget that and get your BUTT up and do that CARDIO! Whooooohooooo!! (pom poms in the air) Take your pick! LOL! :D

    Whats going on bruh ….you try the sauna or steam room it usually helps relax me and loosen up after I work out….Better yet for motivation you got an ipod or something when I have to do the cardio thing I put on some motivational music and i go…….try that one!!!! GOod Luck
