I did a double session yesterday: weight and cardio. Im feeling it all over my body. I need some motivation, so i can do a cardio session this evening. Can anyone help me?

I want you to reach your goals no matter what they are but keep in mind that rest is equally important to work outs. You have to do it at a pace that your body can deal with don’t you think?
Or forget that and get your BUTT up and do that CARDIO! Whooooohooooo!! (pom poms in the air) Take your pick! LOL!

Whats going on bruh ….you try the sauna or steam room it usually helps relax me and loosen up after I work out….Better yet for motivation you got an ipod or something when I have to do the cardio thing I put on some motivational music and i go…….try that one!!!! GOod Luck
