Frustration

No matter what I do for my back I do not see any gains of more mass. I just lost my camera coming back from school so i’ll be trying to get pictures up soon. If anyone has some knock out exercises please let me know I need all that help i can get

    T-Bar row’s, adds thickness to your back! To add more size to your frame do a bulking phaze. Then cut when you need to, that extra bit of fat will give you the strength you need to put on the extra pounds. This is what helped me out, cant hert to try…cheers
