I am doing two cardio sessions a day (25 mins each) and working out 3-4 times a week depending on when my rest days (consisting of cardio sessions) fall. I am also eating clean every single day without one mishap. Nonetheless, today I step on the scale and it is the SAME EXACT weight as last week. While I will not let this bother me - as I know I am on the right track - I can't help but realize how this would discourage some. In fact, I myself am a little disappointed.
The fact of the matter is though, I feel great, I know I am doing what I am supposed to be both with my workouts and my nutrition so I will stay the course. Hopefully next week the numbers look better. Stay motivated everyone!
