Birthday !
A very good day is near end, and I like to thank the staff of Bodybuilding.com for the birthday wishes, wich warmed up my heart, and I hope I can use the extra discount I was warded for birthday present. Yes this have been a good day, even though I was summoned out of vacation to work nightshifts this week end, those were long shifts 12+ hours. Upcoming week is to be a good gym week, begins on a heavy leg day Monday afternoon, following with cardio and abs early the next morning. OH! I forgot to tell in this week is also a measuring day, will I pay dearly for my birthday gready cake eating? ? That´s the question I´m asking this night. I know my goals are getting near, my shoulders are not screaming as loud and as often as they used to, so something is moving in the right direction. There is another question that´s knocking on my mind, I´d like to put up an article I wrote because of my 20th aniversary of quitting smoking, it´s in a way about decicion, but somehow I´m finding it in apropriet to jump to do so in here. I sure would apreciate some guidance in this matter? !
