Well i decided to go up a knotch on my training and goal, i have plus or minus thirty days for it and i am looking for the six pack… So i decided to do abs like crazy. Keep my current diet. So i have split the abs into three (Duhhhh!) Upper Abs (back/Bi’s), Lower Abs (Shoulders/Legs) and Obliques (Chest/Tri’s)… So what am i doing… Easy, is a cross fit concept but My Style… Between each set i do one Ab exercise for the day. So i get no rest and i keep pumping. The only rest i get is when i change to a new major muscle exercises… Try it…. You will feel the pain…. and like i say NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!

So after talking to my good friend Amy Suds, we decided that we were going to do the Push Ups Challenge, which consisted of 750 Push ups for me… Well when i talked to her this morning (for her, afternoon in Iraq). She wasnt really feeling so good, so i took the extra energy and decided to knock some extra push up… Amy is a great inspiration and when she told me she was down i needed to show her, i am there to help. So i did 1023 push ups, now this is 273 more than my challenge, but who cares. I prove myself once again i can do anything i put my mind into and exceed more and more… So i am looking for a challenge for tomorrow and i am out of ideas… Any Suggestions?

Amy i will tell you that you are an inspiration to us here in the bodybuilding community and i appreciate what you did for us on MEMORIAL WEEKEND…. YOU ROCK AND KEEP ROCKING!!!

Vic

Oopps! Sorry forgot to mention that all the push ups were done throughout the day and every 30 mins… I would go to muscle failure everytime, the max i did was 100 reps on one burst

Not bad to be so heavy as i am. So that gave me confidence that my wisdom teeth event wasnt a big obstacle for me and my goals. I am still motivated and hungry for more… So if you have any suggestions, bring them my way…. I think i am crazy enough to try it…. LOL!

So today is the first day after my wisdom teeth go pulled i started working out…. As i went to my room to pick up my PSP (for a soothing cardio movie: Tears of the Sun), my workout partner tempt me to do some MMA sparring. Well i was scared but i took the challenge. Dress in my cool Army uniform i put my gloves on and took the challenge, i got a couple of rights to the face, but i will say that i landed the best of the two of us…. LOL!! I got him with every counter i had in my arsennal and i felt pretty good everytime… i felt loose and ready to take the world on my shoulder…. After we were done of an hour of MMA training, i felt my energy levels were on the roof, so i want it to prove my self that i can beat any obstacle…. So i went to the Eliptical machine and went for thirty minutes, it all started as a good workout and coming back to business, but again i challenge myself for better… I did 3 miles in 25 mins, not bad after almost a week out of the gym and any exercise… So that was not it, my buddy was still in the gym and i saw him doing some dips, so i challenge myself even more and more and did 4 sets of Dips and Pullups crossfit style, resting 30 sec between sets…. Well i did 25 dips everytime and 15, 12, 10, 7 pull ups…. NOT BAD for my first day back…. YEAY!!!!!

So i had the support of the bestest AMYSUDS and BADDFAIRIE for my challenge today…. I was pumped and ready to go…. i was going to do elastic band Bi’s Curl and Crunches…. the idea was for 400 of each in a day at work…. But things didnt go as planned… I had to report for normal check up at the dentist and they discover they need to remove my wisdom teeth (top ones) URGENT…. SO I AM GROUNDED FOR A WEEK…. I am so upset, i feel like i have let my main supporter down…. I was on a roll to madness on exercises, and no i cannot do anything for a week…. I am so upset at this time i dont even wanted to login… But this is just a small obstacle…. I will tackle my challenge, and it will give me time to get better and comeback stronger…. I guess i could stretch more now…. Love you all!!

So as i promise yesterday i went the extra mile today and i decided to do a challenge similar as the one from yesterday when i accomplish 830push ups… Bottom line is i wanted more squats, but then i thought to myself i had another challenge for today, which was to leg press 600lbs… Tough day for mi i thought, so i was like ok i will do 50 prisoners squat for the same times as yesterday…. every thirty minutes… Well i finish with 700 reps… pretty good huh? Well then i decided to go to the gym and do my normal workout, and my legs didnt feel sore at all so i was like, heh, lets do 600lbs leg press… well i did 3 sets of 12 in combo with 25 reps of calf press on the machine right after finishing the squats…. then this crazy idea popped in my head… hey dude, this is too easy, we should go for 700lbs my inner voice said to me…. So i did it… today’s magic number is 700lbs leg press and calf press… but not just one rep…. i performed 12 for leg presses and 25 for calf presses…. i guess you guys might think i am on steroids…. but to be honest, this last three months or so i have found something within me and i just decided to go at it…. Plus i wont lie, this last past week i have found the best source of motivation you could ever ask for….. THANKSS!!!!
