Crazy things i have done so far….
Tuesday, May 6th, 2008So people ask me how do i survive and keep myself motivated. Well the only thing i do is keep doing things nobody can do. For Example:
2 min of pain: You get in the push up start position and you set your watch for two mins. The first ten seconds you do as many push ups as you can. The next 10 sec you stay in the start position without moving. You keep doing this for 2 mins
Ranger Pull Ups: You put your hands on the pull up bars (inside or out) then you raise your legs on a 90 degree angle. You start moving your whole body up and down without lowering the 90 angle on your legs… Do as many as you can?
Superman Push Up: Lay completely down, facing down. Extend your arms all the way in front of the top of your head and form a diamond. You will then lift yourself up and down on a push up motion. See how many you can do?
The Triple Lower: I love this one. You lay down on the floor fully extended. You place your hands behind your back and raise your legs. The first thing you do is 50(each leg) flutter kicks or swimmers. Without lwering your legs or resting you do 25 leg spreaders. Without resting you do 25 leg lifts…. Tell me if it burns once you are done.
