NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!
Well i decided to go up a knotch on my training and goal, i have plus or minus thirty days for it and i am looking for the six pack… So i decided to do abs like crazy. Keep my current diet. So i have split the abs into three (Duhhhh!) Upper Abs (back/Bi’s), Lower Abs (Shoulders/Legs) and Obliques (Chest/Tri’s)… So what am i doing… Easy, is a cross fit concept but My Style… Between each set i do one Ab exercise for the day. So i get no rest and i keep pumping. The only rest i get is when i change to a new major muscle exercises… Try it…. You will feel the pain…. and like i say NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!
