The best workout on a Magazin… TRY IT… it worked for me…
So we all now how good the guys in the Movie 300 looked… and we all want to be ripped and hot as they were …. Well FITNESS RX issued a workout that i thought it was retarded, but i will tell you what… you do it and tell how it feel…. Because you will feel the same way i did…. Here it is for those who didnt get the magazine:
Pull Ups x 5
Deadlifts x 10 (135lbs)
Push Ups X 15
Bench Jumps x 15
Floor Wipers x 10 (135lbs)
Kettle Ball One Arm Toss x 15 (35lbs/both arms)
Pull Ups x 5
Rest 1min in between exercises and repeat the routine twice… Let me know how it goes…. Now that i am on second leve (which means double the reps, half the rest) it is kicking my behind…. but is worth the try
