Plyometrics: MY WAY or the HIGH WAY
You up for a sweat lets get it started:
Vertical Jumps x 15
Catch and Throw (on bench and with a med ball) x 15
Lunges (one lap 25 to 30 meters)
Overhead Med Ball Throw (like Mil Press but letting the ball go) x 15
Side to Side Jumps (obstacle in the middle about 4" tall) x 20
Jump Rope (freestyle) x 1min
Explosive Push Up x 20
Bench Jump (24" or higher) x 20
Ball w/ Med Ball x 15
Rest 30 sec’s in between exercises, once you finish one full routine, rest 2 mins and go again…. This is a challenge for my guys in the Military, tell me how it goes for you….
