Yes the bright and sunny days are back here, now am hoping to add up intensity in my workout….me and my partner both have planned to burn all the fats that have been gained during the cold days of Darj where getting a pump was also very difficult….so see u all soon with my new progress photographs..

The cold weather of Darjeeling is getting a grip on my training schedule…. just cant get the pump due to the cold days..its really very hard to be warmed up, moreover the risk of getting injured is really bugging me up. These days training in the gym has been hard, the motivation seems to be lost…hoping for the days to get warmer so that I can train with more intensity.

I have been working out intensely, added more weights following up a strict diet reigm, but my progress isn’t comming up so good….this is really very frustrating, dont have a lot of time for competetion, this is ading up to my frustration…may be the pressure to win the competetion (my short term goal) is geting on me……

Sorry guys kept u all waiting for my latest development of my workout.. well I’ve been trying to shape up now by adding more intensity to my workouts. I’ve been using slightly lesser weights and hitting every body parts with more reps. My workout routine is got to get more intense for the competetion days are approaching closer and closer..I just have around nine months left to actually grow huge and the get ripped for the competetion…Any suggestions for the routine and diet from u guys will be appreciated.

Had a great day at the gym today, was more motivated than the way I usually am so me and my partner thought of an intensive chest workout. After my warmup started with Bench Press 4 sets of 10×10x8×8 reps followed by Incline Bench Press 4 sets of 10×10x8×8 reps. After resting for a couple of minutes started off with Dumbell Press 3 sets of 10 reps each then continued with inclined dumbell press 3 sets of 10×8x8 reps. Now it was time to hit the cables so had 4 sets of cable crossover of 8 reps each, we concluded our chest exercise with 4 sets of pec dec of 8 reps each. The pump after the training session felt tremondous. Overall it was a great Chest Exercise.
