heyyyy all!

So, I’ve been really happy this past week. Why do you ask? Well, I FINALLY decided to enlist the help of my previous trainers, and I already know it was the right choice for me. They gave me a new program, and I love it. LOOVE it. I’m sure most of you will agree with me when I say, the gym routine can get repetitive, slightly boring? Everyone once in awhile, we all need to spice things up, switch it up, whatever it takes to break the normal routine. Now my only issue is..patience. I know results take time, hell, it took me 2 months of training for my competition to really SEE the changes in my body. So I need to remind myself weekly, hell, even daily, that I just need to stick with it, put my trust in my trainers, and stick to that plan! Also, thanks to everyone for all the great comments, it really truely does make a difference, and keeps me motivated, :)
