OKAYYY I HAVE A QUESTION EVERYBODY!!!

Are beets okay to incorporate in my diet? I absolutely love them, and my diet has been lacking excitement lately, which in turn is making it very hard for me to continue dieting! Any and all help is appreciated!

    Beets tend to be higher in carbs and sugar than some other vegetables.
