Pretty good day.
I use to love just going to the gym and working out. Now I workout and come back a few hours later and share my information with others. Love having nutrition talks and pointing out how to change up an exercise to get more out of it.
Started a new lifting program. Just trying to jump start my body again. Don’t you just hate when you take a break from your clean eating? I feel like I need to get back to it not just for me but also the others at the gym. I don’t want to be a hypocrite.
