I use to love just going to the gym and working out.  Now I workout and come back a few hours later and share my information with others.  Love having nutrition talks and pointing out how to change up an exercise to get more out of it.

Started a new lifting program. Just trying to jump start my body again. Don’t you just hate when you take a break from your clean eating? I feel like I need to get back to it not just for me but also the others at the gym. I don’t want to be a hypocrite.

I promise

Ok this time I promise to post atleast once a week.

I now work at the gym I workout at. I guess you can my new title is manager.

Im really excited over this. I am hoping to bring in new changes. Would love to see our community support the gym and become physically fit.

I am trying to get throught my sports nutrition course. I havn’t desided if I will move on to the youth fitness or work on my personal trainers certification. I would like to use these to educate at the gym.

Sorry I have been gone so long. I started training a few friends in October. It was going great till January. Our gym started going through some changes and I was just not as motivated anymore. I still went to the gym but let my nutrition and gym time suffer. I am tired of it all and have made the choice to go back to the gym new and refreshed. I took a little over a week off to renew my body and mind.

 

So here I am.  Back at bb.com and looking for more inspiration.  I am dealing with a strained muscle that I do have to go easy on for awhile but thats not going to stop me.
