Lacking motivation
lost motivation laterly, slipped off track temporarily, getting back on track, just lacking time to train, with such a full on week at uni and work, on holidays at the moment so trainings taken over priority, hopefully i can maintain it when uni goes back. i’ve put on a kilogram lately, not overly phased though as my measurements haven’t changed.

Hey, that’s great you’re getting back on track
I know how hard it can be to keep up with workouts and such while you’re in University - there’s just so little time! 1 kilogram isn’t much though! Good luck…

Hang in there. We all go through times like this but you need to hang in there and go forwards.
