Update

Training has gone off track a little lately, but the main thing i’ve learned is to get back on track instead of staying off track. I’ve started Avon Descent training, less thanĀ 3 months to go. Focusing on increasing my fitness levels, dropping my body fat percentage, and increasing muscle mass in my upper body.
