impatient
As i’m pretty new to all this any advice is helpful, i’ve been pretty active my whole life, as my family’s all into sports, but i’ve only started lifting recently to improve my tone, mostly in my ab’s and legs, i’m seeing results already, but i guess i’m just a bit impatient, and want results quicker, but don’t have huge amounts time available as i have a pretty busy schedule.

everybody is impatient, shit trust me I KNOW!
eat, train, sleep, pain and the same all over again.. one hard ride..but thats the way

I agree, EVERYONE is impatient! Just keep diet clean get on a good strength routine and you will see results. A clean diet is key though!!! I cant stress that enough.

I\’ve been impatient for some time and when i reached the end of the year i regreted that i didn\’t set my goals for a longer time. No i have allway plannings for at least 1 year. Good luck and be patient
