lost motivation laterly, slipped off track temporarily, getting back on track, just lacking time to train, with such a full on week at uni and work, on holidays at the moment so trainings taken over priority, hopefully i can maintain it when uni goes back. i’ve put on a kilogram lately, not overly phased though as my measurements haven’t changed.

Really motivated towards training at the moment, taken up kick boxing, doing some form of exercise most days, getting back into paddling. Went for a three hour paddle over the weekend, flat waters so boring, can’t wait for the river to be flowing properly, hopefully it will be before the Avon, don’t wanna another descent with ridiculously low water levels. On a completely unrelated topic i got my mortgage sorted out, my apartment should be finished by october and if all goes to plan settlement should be in early december, so really excited at the moment.

Training has gone off track a little lately, but the main thing i’ve learned is to get back on track instead of staying off track. I’ve started Avon Descent training, less than 3 months to go. Focusing on increasing my fitness levels, dropping my body fat percentage, and increasing muscle mass in my upper body.

As i’m pretty new to all this any advice is helpful, i’ve been pretty active my whole life, as my family’s all into sports, but i’ve only started lifting recently to improve my tone, mostly in my ab’s and legs, i’m seeing results already, but i guess i’m just a bit impatient, and want results quicker, but don’t have huge amounts time available as i have a pretty busy schedule.
