					<description>Could be one of three things: 1.  It's just water weight  2. You put on muscle  3. Your metabolism is trying to reset itself to a higher level.  In all cases you have to be patient.  I've always been told you may not see results until 4 to 6 weeks, I've even heard up to 8 weeks.  Don't despare, stick with you plan and don't give up.  You are only 7 days into it and it is really too early to tell.</description>

					<description>Nice!  I'm actually studying for the Navy Officer test ASTB(?)  I can't find a job and the Navy provides stability, money, education, among other things..  Which branch are you looking into?  Is it because of the economy or were you laid off like me?

					<description>My favorites are single legged squats, walking lunges or single legged leg press (all time favorite). On the leg press keep your if you place your feet high and either centered for single or close together for regular you will really work the glutes.
