Reverse Progress
Friday, July 17th, 2009I’ve been clean eating for two weeks and have exercised everyday since 07/08/2009. Not only do I feel bigger, I weighed in today and I’m up 3 lbs. from where I started. I’m almost said forget this…but that little voice in side me said your an idiot if you let this defeat you. So, I thought about my workouts and my eating.
* Need more cardio, no walking - need to run Weight training I think I’m ok on.
* Clean eating? Really? Well Salmon/Chicken with store bought marinades are not good even if I’m eating it with Spinach. Brown rice, ok….eggs whites and turkey sausage for breakfast!? Eggs whites I know are ok, but the turkey sausage my be too high in sodium. So am I really eating clean? I’m starting to think otherwise.
If anyone has any suggestions, I’m open for them…looking for receipes for clean eating (already have the Clean Diet book) that still have SOME type of flavor.
