Ok, well I have a lot of workouts ahead. I have a short term goal to lose at least 15 lbs by July 31st. Unrealistic…I am not sure. I’m hoping to get there. I have asthma and I’m needing to find a way around not being able to breath when I work out to get the maximus results. I am up for any and all suggestions that make SENSE. No games. Don’t leave comments if you don’t have anything positive to say!
