I’ve fallen and just got up!
Well, yes it’s true I have not worked out in 12 days. I took a fall of a step in my home and injured my back. Now I have to double time it to get back on track. Anyone have any suggestions? Any POSITIVE suggestions are always welcome.

Well, I pulled a muscle in my lower back and I was out for 3 weeks. Just take it day by day and go slow. You will be fine.
