Glute - Thighs - Hips
As seen on my progress pics, these areas are a HUGE problem for me. I have been researching different fitness magazines to incorporate new exercises into my workout. If any out there also have the same issues, any suggestions would be greatly apprecatiated. I don’t want to lose the backside…just tighten it up and get rid of the saddle backs would be awesome

My favorites are single legged squats, walking lunges or single legged leg press (all time favorite). On the leg press keep your if you place your feet high and either centered for single or close together for regular you will really work the glutes.
