I’ve been clean eating for two weeks and have exercised everyday since 07/08/2009. Not only do I feel bigger, I weighed in today and I’m up 3 lbs. from where I started. I’m almost said forget this…but that little voice in side me said your an idiot if you let this defeat you. So, I thought about my workouts and my eating.

 * Need more cardio, no walking - need to run Weight training I think I’m ok on.

* Clean eating? Really? Well Salmon/Chicken with store bought marinades are not good even if I’m eating it with Spinach. Brown rice, ok….eggs whites and turkey sausage for breakfast!? Eggs whites I know are ok, but the turkey sausage my be too high in sodium. So am I really eating clean? I’m starting to think otherwise.

 If anyone has any suggestions, I’m open for them…looking for receipes for clean eating (already have the Clean Diet book) that still have SOME type of flavor.

I’m once again losing focus! I have so many other things going on, that I’m finding excuses not to go to the gym. However, I did go for the past two days! I still find myself struggling when I’m there, not giving 100%. I know that I’m not doing myself justice!!

MILITARY??

Considering joing the reserves! I know I have a long road ahead and a lot of challenges to overcome. But I’m motivated. I’ve always wanted to join but other circumstances prevented it in my early life. I’m ready to make the transition and do some things that I’VE wanted to do! I’m super stoked about it…..

I’ve fallen and just got up!

Well, yes it’s true I have not worked out in 12 days. I took a fall of a step in my home and injured my back. Now I have to double time it to get back on track. Anyone have any suggestions? Any POSITIVE suggestions are always welcome.

Glute - Thighs - Hips

As seen on my progress pics, these areas are a HUGE problem for me. I have been researching different fitness magazines to incorporate new exercises into my workout. If any out there also have the same issues, any suggestions would be greatly apprecatiated. I don’t want to lose the backside…just tighten it up and get rid of the saddle backs would be awesome ;-)
