Do you ever carb up on this cut diet?  When would you time your workouts -- I can't imagine doing an intense workout or cardio session without having at least some complex carbs afterwards...... my fear of going all catabolic is far too great!  Thanks for the post.</description>

					<description>Thanks for posting your diet.  Good to see that folks on bodyspace are willing to give advice and I like that you stated that this should be a guideline.  A lot of people forget that their bodytype, metabolism, training, etc. will be different from others.  Thanks for the ideas.</description>
