			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I made a decision to change things up a little and start doing P90X for a while (at least a month, if not longer)&#8230; My arm causes me significant pain with any high weight, so I am going to change my style for a while&#8230;  I know that my max&#8217;s will fall, but I dont think that can be helped without seriously injuring myself.  Maybe the low weight high reps will help me heal up some, while keeping risk of injury down&#8230;

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, since my last post I managed to seriously mess up my left elbow and hand (2 separate incidents, hand not lifting related)  so I cant do any upper-body workouts (or deads, anything involving hand/arm use).  I am reduced to biking as my workout (not unpleasant but I feel bummed that I wll lose the momentum I have built up in my lifting).  Hoping to get back to the weights within a month, we will see how I feel.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, back to the bulking-up season for me&#8230; fatten myself up for the winter&#8230; I would like to hit 175# around x-mas or sooner, and then be able to cut down to 160 or so for spring and next summer&#8230;. the most i have ever weighed was 165 and that was mostly fat when I was inactive and sick alot with pneumonia/aspergillosis/bronchitis&#8230;etc etc&#8230; C.F. is wonderful..  ANYWAY, now I feel like 160 and lean might be the best goal for me&#8230;  Now we will see if I can pull it off&#8230;
