Shoulders are rough. I've hurt both of mine at different times in life and never got treated for it, I just figured it'd heal itself. Wrong. My suggestion is that you get it looked at by your doctor. My shoulders pop and squeal all the time now and still have some discomfort, and it affects my lifting for sure. The last time I hurt one was over 12 years ago, so I've had a lot of time to realize that when the shoulder gets hurt, see somebody. Good luck with it!

I took a gander at your workout regimen; I'm no expert, but I must say, you're working hard, dude. I noted that you're doing as many as 40 sets some days. Looks consistent and balanced. Also checked out your pics; progress is very noticeable and profound.

I still do triceps with chest and biceps with back for the time being. In a few weeks I will go back to a 5 day plan and will do biceps and triceps together on their own day.

Keep us updated on your progress. Keep up the hard work.

All the literature that I've read says that a rest interval of between 45 and 90 seconds optimizes the exercise-induced production of testosterone and growth hormone. So, if you're interested in building muscle, rest no longer than 90 seconds between sets. I use a stopwatch to make sure that I stay on track. For big multi-joint movements, I wait the full 90 seconds. For single joint exercises (that take less out of me) I wait 45-60 seconds between sets.
