Its that time of year…summer is over and its time to send my daughter back to school…which also means its time for me to get back into my workout routine. My shoulder is still bothering me but I am at least able to lift almost what I was lifting before. I lost some weight this summer with all that was going on, but time to start bulking again…see where I can go from here.

Ok, so apparently I messed up my shoulder…this sucks. I was out hunting and injured it about a month ago…I figured it would heal rather quickly, but its still severly hindering my lifting…GRRR! I am slinding down the hill I worked so hard to climb! I am still working it, but not anywhere near as hard as I was…so much for getting to 300# by July.

Well, I am gearing up for the Great Strides walk-a-thon to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in their quest to find a cure. I have been doing more aerobic workouts to get into shape for it (as many of you know I have CF…). Hopefully we have a good turnout for it (it is on the 19th in Bar Harbor). Wish me luck!

I did legs today, but rushed through it, had to be somewhere. I am feeling that I am not working hard enough, but I run out of energy, so I guess I am pushing myself as hard as I can. Also I redid my workout page to better reflect the workouts I am doing; I made small changes to the order and type of exercises. Hope everyone has a great week!

Back at it after 2 days rest. I am still run down but was able to get thru my workout (I did 4 sets instead of 5 tho). My daughter and I went for a bikeride after, so now I am really tired (it is a beautiful day here, so had to get outside).

I got run down the last few days, my daughter has been sick and have been up late most nights, so just resting. I feel like I am slacking, but know that I will get sick if I push too hard so just have to deal with it. I guess it is good to take a break every now and then anyway. As you can tell from my weight chart I stopped gaining, lack of sleep and not eating right the last few days has done me in. Today I am back on my eating schedule and am hoping to train hard on chest tomorrow.

This is only the 2nd time I have done this new ab workout (which takes me 90 min). I just blast thru it, (I was really sore last time afterwards, but still had lots more energy). Should I keep going till I am spent? The workout is on my page, it doesnt look like much but I didnt think it would be that easy the first and second tries.

Working hard on my traps, my left trap is smaller then the right (I am right handed) so I did extra reps on the left to try to bulk it up some. Hope that works. Other than that had a great workout!
