GRRRR!!
Tuesday, January 8th, 2008Ok… I am back after an extended illness, I worked out today for the first time in a while, and I am very frustrated. I still look pretty good, but I lost some strength while sick. I am hoping that I can get back into it without any problems. Hopefully I wont have any more disruptions between now and summer, as I want to be 160# and ripped for the beach. Wish me luck…
