I did legs today, but rushed through it, had to be somewhere. I am feeling that I am not working hard enough, but I run out of energy, so I guess I am pushing myself as hard as I can. Also I redid my workout page to better reflect the workouts I am doing; I made small changes to the order and type of exercises. Hope everyone has a great week!

Back at it after 2 days rest. I am still run down but was able to get thru my workout (I did 4 sets instead of 5 tho). My daughter and I went for a bikeride after, so now I am really tired (it is a beautiful day here, so had to get outside).

I got run down the last few days, my daughter has been sick and have been up late most nights, so just resting. I feel like I am slacking, but know that I will get sick if I push too hard so just have to deal with it. I guess it is good to take a break every now and then anyway. As you can tell from my weight chart I stopped gaining, lack of sleep and not eating right the last few days has done me in. Today I am back on my eating schedule and am hoping to train hard on chest tomorrow.

This is only the 2nd time I have done this new ab workout (which takes me 90 min). I just blast thru it, (I was really sore last time afterwards, but still had lots more energy). Should I keep going till I am spent? The workout is on my page, it doesnt look like much but I didnt think it would be that easy the first and second tries.

Working hard on my traps, my left trap is smaller then the right (I am right handed) so I did extra reps on the left to try to bulk it up some. Hope that works. Other than that had a great workout!

Did arms yesterday, but changed it up a bit, I usually do circuit training, but didnt yesterday. I just beat out each excersize until I did all the sets, figured that would shock em. I am making size gains everywhere, but slow gains. I will do one week circuit training and a week like this for a month and see what it does for me. Also take a look at my workout, am I doing enough excersizes each day, or too many? Let me know….

Hit the back hard yesterday, got thru the workout and had more, so threw in some strait-leg deads for the “fun” of it. Whatever I am doing is working well, I am making steady gains, both in weight and in strength/endurance. I might actually get tomy 300 goal if this keeps up!

Did legs today. Same as the last few days, got thru the workout and wanted more, so did 5 sets. My universal only goes up to 288# on legs for press (24×5 @288 today), I need a new machine. I really need to get a smith machine also, but no room (or $) for it. Hope everyone is having an awesome St. Patty’s Day!

OK, I have heard everything under the sun about when to take it, but want more opinions. Morning, pre-workout, post-workout, or bedtime. Take your pick and let me know, I really appreciate it.
