Today was back and shoulders day- I think I need to break up my routine a little and do them on separate days. I run out of energy before I am supposed to, so today I will sit down and redo my workout to a 6-day one. Hopefully then I will be able to get all the way through my workout without having to drop weight on my last set. Wish me luck!

Got home today, fixed my machine, and kicked it into overdrive on chest and bi’s. Felt really good to work out after a week off. I think I might change my routine to a 6-day one with 1 day for each group and really fatigue the muscle group. I am currently doing a 3-day routine 2 times to make 6 days, then 1 day off. I am burning off all the fat but not adding alot of muscle yet, but it has only been 2 months, so cant be too hard on myself. Hope everyone has a great week, and PUSH IT!

Well, day 5 of my "vacation" (being away from home so no lifting), really feels weird slacking off this bad. Will be home tomorrow, and after I fix the cable I broke last week I will hit the weights with some major intensity. I did go skiing so got a little leg work in, (only fell once, fell in front of a really hot chick at the bottom of the lift waiting to get on, and didnt even get her #, lol) Hope everyone is having a great week! CRAP! I broke a cable on my machine, right in the middle of my workout. Guess its time to buy some new cables. I am hoping that I can fix it tomorrow with some clamps from the hardware store to get me by. A new set of cables is almost $300. Oh well, such is life.

This will be a rough week for training; I will not be home most of the time. My daughter and I will be traveling around visiting family for the last part of the week so training will not be possible. Going to try to get in 3 massive workouts over the next 3 days to try to compensate. Hopefully I don’t loose any size or weight during this week, but we shall see.

Today is a perfect day to stay inside and……LIFT HEAVY! Hope that everyone in this area is enjoying the snow. I feel really energetic and motivated today, so my back is going to get blasted! Weight is slowly on the climb, we shall see where it goes. Ate alot of crappy food the last few days, so I have to get back on track with the diet. Protein Protein Protein!!!!

Spending a day at a friends, so not able to lift today. Luckly he has a treadmill, so able to get a little work in. Weight seems to be climbing ever so slowly, but at least it stopped going down. Appetite a little whimpy lately, but trying to get the nutrition I need (although he has alot of junk food, cheez-its will be the death of me). I need the calories right now so I guess it wont hurt me too badly. Hope that everyone is staying positive during the winter duldrums, hang in there, it will be beach weather soon enough!!!

Question, what is the longest time between sets that one should wait, i try to keep it to two min, but it is sometimes 3, due to the fact that I need more time to get my pulse and respirations down (due to my cyctic fibrosis). Anyones opinion would be greatly appreciated!

Well, still yo-yo-ing back and forth with my weight, but it is on a slow downward trend. I need to turn that around! I guess I need to just start shoveling food into my face. Does anyone know of a weight gainer that actually tastes good mixed with water? I drink so much milk that I feel like I am swimming in it. I am open to any suggestions!!!

I have realized that my left side is going to be trouble. Left trap and lat are just as strong as the right, but can’t seem to flare them out like I can the right side. Need to figure out how to isolate and flex them, any ideas? Also had a shoulder injury about ten years ago from a motorcycle accident, hoping that will not interfere with size gains in those areas (no weekness though, so not sure what the issue is….)
