2 1/2 weeks into first real cut…..
Im officially 2 weeks into my first legitimate cut cycle. Never really done one before but I’ve put on alot of weight in this last year due to finally getting in the gym seriously for the first time ever. Its goin pretty good and watching what I eat and counting calories and carbs, fats, and protiens has even become a bit of an obsession. But I am really driven to see some real results. I am a few weeks away from my one year mark of actually workin out like I said so it should be a big difference. I know alot more now than I ever thought I would ever know…(thanx Jwhite) And finally realized that nutrition is even a bigger part of the lifestyle than lifting. Im really hooked now and really lookin forward to the next few months.

Cutting sucks!!!!! I feel small as hell when Im not bulking, but I know its all mental. Just gotta finish up and get ready for my next month when I start bulking again.

You answered your own blog - you just had to add that piece i suppose. Yes , diet is 80% of it ; i am sure that i am gonna get lamented all over blog land for that but thats the truth. Cutting is a thing that allows us to see the transformation in better detail rather like the careful cleaning of a masterpiece and most will undertake it at some time. I don’t think it sucks , sure it has its problems but i think it helps us create discipline - you can’t cut correctly without discipline. Good luck with it and then bulk up.
