I have recently started writing down what I am eating every meal. I feel really bad eater and this should help me stay clean.

Hey Micah, I found myself seeking quality foods on the road or while shopping twice a week to keep the food fresh. I started lifting more and meet goal to go bigger every week. And so far it’s working. No stalls, yet…I have been taking Animal supps for almost 3 weeks on the Stack cycle. The vitamin sups seem to speed recovery and I’m sleeping more? Well I’ll check soon…

I took your advice and started buying frozen veggies in single servings for myself. My biggest problem is work but recently bought a refrigerator for work so i hope to improve on my eating at work. Keep up the heavy lifting brother
