I am currently taking in 240 grams of protein a day and I’m doing cardio for about 2 hours a day. I can see some results but I am not consistent enough but I will pull through some how.
I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN RIDING MY BIKE TO WORK ABOUT 25 MILES ROUND TRIP SO I GOT A WILD HAIR TO DO SOMETHING ELSE SO NO I ALSO RUN A MILE BEFORE I RIDE TO WORK AND A MILE AFTER I GET HOME STARTED THIS MORNING AFTER I GOT HOME LET YOU KNOW IF I FALL OUT
I recently started riding my bike to work as part of my daily cardio routine and i thas made a difference. I no longer have to spend hours on the treadmill or stairmaster anymore. I’am doin about 24 miles a day so far.
