To be unstoppable

I have been watching what I eat and I can tell a difference in definition and overall muscle tone. My cardio sems to be right on but i have had to increase my calorie intake here recently my body seems to be burning calories at a bionic rate here lately. I have borken up my works outs so that I only hit one body part per day. Later Dudes

BACK AND READY TO MOVE FORWARD

Recently i have had to juggle work and kids and wife so cooled down my lifting to take care of them. But now I am back and better than ever. So far i have been at it for two weeks and some pics will be coming soooon!

Trying to to stay on course

I am currently taking in 240 grams of protein a day and I’m doing cardio for about 2 hours a day. I can see some results but I am not consistent enough but I will pull through some how.

LEARNING WHAT WORKS

I HAVE RECENTLY BEEN RIDING MY BIKE TO WORK ABOUT 25 MILES ROUND TRIP SO I GOT A WILD HAIR TO DO SOMETHING ELSE SO NO I ALSO RUN A MILE BEFORE I RIDE TO WORK AND A MILE AFTER I GET HOME STARTED THIS MORNING AFTER I GOT HOME LET YOU KNOW IF I FALL OUT

CARDIO-LOVE HATE RELATIONSHIP

I recently started riding my bike to work as part of my daily cardio routine and i thas made a difference. I no longer have to spend hours on the treadmill or stairmaster anymore. I’am doin about 24 miles a day so far.

working hard to keep up

I recently started to train heavy again because of a co-worker who is 5 years younger calling me out. That was good for me it seems like my old self now. But sore as hell but he is pushing me like there is no tomorrow. Watch out Ronnie here i come
