Hard gainer?
Well here it goes. I’ve been lifting for about 5 mos now. Lifting heavy, low reps. Taking NO Explode before workouts, protien shakes, cellmass, but I just don’t seem to be gaining. I know I’ve lost alot of fat and maybe I am gaining muscle, but my weight just stays where its at. Def getting stronger and feeling more healthy. Energy levels are up, so nothing to complain about. It would be nice to start adding some solid mass though.

Try periodization…look it up…change up workouts, or switch up days. your muscles are prob getting used to a certain schedule or day of workout for that muscle group.

you just have to eat eat eat. ive found nothing beats eating real food. im not a fan of the meal replacement shakes. ive tried alot and didnt get results. just keep shocking your body with food.
